Hunbatz Men (CO FOUNDER)is a Mayan elder who lives in Merida,
Yucatan, Mexico. He is a Shaman, Daykeeper and teacher of traditional
Mayan wisdom passed down to him through generations of Mayan elders. He
has committed his life to transmitting these sacred teachings to others
who have an interest in the vision and practices of ancient indigenous
cultures. He believes that modern peoples can benefit from understanding
the world view that the teachings of the Mayas express. This path of
sacred sacred wisdom teachings is offered through
Maya Mystery Schools,
and draws students back into the higher consciousness of the universe,
back into Cosmic Consciousness, which they have forgotten.
His books include

The 8 Calendars of the Maya: The Pleiadian Cycle
and the Key to Destiny (Bear & Co, to be
published early 2010).
Maestro Hunbatz Men always greets new and returning
students the same way, saying “I am happy to see you again.” He calls
them Solar Brothers and Sisters, recognizing that they were Mayans in
past lives and are returning to reclaim their lost wisdom, their cosmic
knowledge teachings from the past. He recognizes that we are all part of
the greater whole and are essentially one. An ancient Mayan salutation
expresses this perfectly: "In Lak'ech, Ah
Lak’en.” I am you and
you are me; or I am another yourself.
The ultimate purpose of Hunbatz Men’s work is to
restore our planet to harmony with natural and cosmologic cycles. He
believes that the way to help Mother Earth and her children return to a
state of harmony is to raise human consciousness once again closer to
the Cosmic Consciousness of advanced ancient peoples.
In 2008 Hunbatz Men founded and is Director of the
Cosmic Initiatic University of Yok’hah Maya
in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico.
This program offers study in depth of the
mystic knowledge and hidden practices of Maya yoga, including philosophy
and practices.
Education in yok’hah (yoga) provides a
foundation in cosmic philosophy and practice of techniques based in
ancient Maya knowledge and traditions, guiding us to live in harmony
with the cycles of our Mother Earth, Father Sun, and the Cosmos.

The Founder/Director of Rediscovery
Four Corners, since 1984, a non-profit organization serving Native American
youth and Elders, which she transferred in 2011 to Wodakota, a cultural
program for Lakota youth. For 16 years, she served as an Indigenous
Ambassador with Chief Arvol Looking Horse for World Peace and Prayer
Day, at sacred sites around the world with traditional leaders.
Lorain was an Indigenous Representative at the Eagle and Condor Gathering
at Lima, Machu Pichu and the Upper Amazon in 1984, through the initiation
of Hunbatz Men.
Since 1980, Lorain has had a
private practice with a wide spectrum of healing modalities. A published
poet and artist, she is a frequent presenter at Indigenous and Spiritual
Conferences on the underlying truths shared by wisdom traditions worldwide.
A great-grandmother, she has 7 children, and with her husband
David, is the Guardian of the Sacred Circle Medicine
Wheel in Crestone, CO.
Tuvasana Esteban Soma-Hank (FOUNDER, DIRECTOR) is a Maya "Solar Initiate", and has been sensitive to the Native Spirits of Turtle Island since growing up on the banks of the Mississippi River. He founded Gate13 with Maya Elder Hunbatz Men in 2009 after visiting Hunbatz at his ceremonial land LOL BE in Yucatan, Mexico in 2008. His interest in the Maya Culture began in 2002 upon working
very closely with the Maya and Native Spiritual Guides and Teachers. This guidance brought him
to work closely with Maya Daykeeper Meryl, John Major Jenkins, Jose Arguelles and the Planet Art
Network, Sacred Fire Cermonies and Shamanic Studies abroad and in the U.S.A with AumRak, LionFire, and Thunderbeat, creating various productions and presentations. In 2005 with World Peace
Ambassador of the Maya Counsel Ta Ta Pedro Cruzv at Activation Maya Ceremonies at Tikal Guetemala, to open and honor the gateway to the last 7 year cycle leading to 2012. His spiritual work was acknowledged by 13th Generation Maya Elder Granfather Don Alejandro Cirilo Perez Oxlaj, with invitation to Guatemala. Tuvasana also
received transmission by various other Maya Elders. Teachers. and inner guidance
on his 4 month adventure to the highlands of Guatemala in 2005, seeking resolution of the dogmatic doomsday attachment to the harmonic science known as the Mayan Calendar. This was woven upon co organizing the southern route of the 2005 prayer run for world Peace from Taos Pueblo to South Dakota with the Global Alliance of Youth and Adults and Youth Leaders In Action.. He was honored for his works by Chief Arvol Looking Horse, upon arriving to his ceremonial land in the Black Hills, SD, where we held World Peace and Prayer Day (2005) and culminated a decade of 4 directional prayer runs on every continent of the World.
With an Associate's Degree in Recording Arts, Tuvasana has
dedicated his 10 years of Professional Music, Film and Engineering abilities to
ushering forth and preserving Ancient Wisdoms and Sustainable Visions
for the inevitable instantiation of Earth's Period of Peace. Has
studied with Wisdom Keepers from Huna, Maya, Aztec, Vedic, Lakota, Hopi,
Celtic, Maori, Inca, and ET origins and is dedicated to manifesting
Yogic Lifestyle in all areas of everyday experience.
The past 9
years Tuvasana has spent his Reiki Master II and Shamanic training exploring the
functionality of the Mechanistic Bio Symbiosis of the Chakra Systems
and optimizing methods of Calibration through Color, Sound and Light
visualization practices, overtone chanting, and breath techniques. Through these meditations utilizing various
forms of Sacred Healing modalities, he works to activate sacred sites
all over the United States, MesoAmerica, and Hawaii.
Autumn
Brooke Grinath (ASSISTANT DIRECTOR) graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Fine Art
from York College of Pennsylvania. She is a Professional Photographer
specializing in Digital Editing. For 4.5 years she has worked with and
studied under renowned photographer Kevin Fleming, who is best known for
his National Geographic days . Since 2007 she has edited four large
coffee table photography books as well as traveled to China twice to
supervise the printing. Her eye for color and strive for accuracy, in
addition to her enthusiasm contribute to her Professional Art. Her curiosity and passion for
spirituality and the preservation of Indigenous culture has recently led
her to the spiritual hub of Crestone, Colorado, where she intends to
use her skills to do just that.
AumRak (CO FOUNDER, ADVISOR) is an internationally acclaimed public speaker, curandera
(Medicine Woman), transpersonal psychotherapist and ceremonialist, who
works widely throughout North, Central, and South America, as well as
Europe and Mexico.
Featured in the new José Jaramillo films Between 2 Worlds and The
Alignment within, AumRak has lived and healed through the Mayan
calendar for the past 15 years, and part of her mission is to share
it’s wisdom.
A Yogini for over 30 years she has explored the paths and disciplines
of yoga, leading her to enhance her psychic gifts of channeling,
empathy, and other intuitive reconnections. A High Priestess of Melchisedek, she has developed a true connection
with her soul mission as a facilitator towards 2012, the Shift to
higher consciousness.

A spiritual seeker since my magical childhood days, I have studied and experienced several spiritual paths including mystical Christianity, Hindu-Vedanta paths, and Egyptian-Hermetic traditions.
Fifteen years as part of a spiritual community based on the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda, an Indian master who brought yoga to the U.S., deepened my practices and inner vision. An intense
yearning for the Divine Feminine led to study and ordination as a minister in the Temple of Isis, from the lineage of Lady Olivia Robertson, Clonengal Castel, Ireland. Through many women's circles
I have rejoiced in celebrating the many faces of the Goddess.
Captivated by the hidden knowledge of the ancient Maya and their high culture, I traveled to many sites in Guatemala, Belize and Mexico, studying with indigenous elders. One of my spirit guides is
an ancient Maya priestess. I first met her through Satya Sai Baba, when on pilgrimage to honor this living Indian master. I became a Maya Solar Initiate through the lineage of Hunbatz Man, Maya Elder of the Itza Tradition. With Maestro Hunbatz, I conduct mystic tours to sacred sites through Yantours, based in Mérida, Yucatán.
Moi-RA holds a Masters
degree in Education, majoring in Guidance Counseling, Psychology and
Sociology and is also a licensed marriage, family and child
counselor. In her undergraduate program of Bachelor of Arts, she
majored in Philosophy and taught Ethics for 10 years to all levels of
studies at the University of the
City of Manila, Philippines. Moi-Ra is a citizen of the USA, born {Rosalia Borja} in the
Philippine Islands.
RA-Ja holds a
doctorate
in Naturopathy, majoring in Iridology and Nutrition. He practiced
for
over a decade with an Alabama state license and taught his unique form
of
healing in medical universities and hospitals world-wide. RA-Ja
has
operated holistic clinics in major spa locations around the
world.
RA-Ja was Born {Stephen Stass} in
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, the city of Brotherly Love.

ministers. At an early age, Moi-RA was trained as a psychic
healer in the Philippines, where she was born. She is a Master Filipina
Psychic Surgeon employing a non-intrusive etheric surgical operation
without the need to cut the physical body. Her Uncle, Juan Ortega
was the original trainer of the organized Philippine Psychic Surgeons.
